Carcass Building : Bead Wire Mounting 
Bead wires are set at the
applicators. Bread joint has to be in the right place because of the
tyre balance. |
Cord Ply Mounting 
Cord ply ends are set at the drum
and roated around the drum at one turn. The cord is cut by hand and
jointed with a joint of 2-5 overlaping wires. The joint is pressed
carefully together at the edge. |

Tread Package Manufacturing : Steel Belt
Mounting and Jointing 
Steel belt tables go down on the
drum automatically. Steel belt is jointed by cutting it a hot knife and
setting the ends together. |

Tread is pulled at the drum
automatically. Tread is set end to end and jointed manually |
Joining  |

Green Tyre 
After jointing the green tyre is
at a lift. Through the conveyor it is transferred to the painting
machine, where its inside is painted. |
Nylon Bandage Mounting and Jointing 
The end of the nylon bandage is
set at the drum in the middle of the steel belts. Bandage is winded on
top of the steel belts 1-2 times. The bandage is cut with scissors. |
